THE STORY OF CARP

Fermentation is an ancient way of preparing food. Food produced by fermentation is called live food. Animals use this technique unknowingly by hiding food in the ground. Whether man learned the skill from life, or whether it followed man throughout its development history, will forever remain unexplained. As human consciousness increases, man has lost a lot of his instinctive functions. Lactic acid bacterial fermentation converts carbohydrates into lactic acid, breaks down fat into fatty acids and protein into amino acids. In this way, it is better utilized by the animal. The wolf was only domesticated into a dog about 12,000 years ago, which is a short time in evolution. The wolf's diet contains very few carbohydrates. The change that occurs when a wild animal is domesticated is called domestication. It also alters the genetic makeup. (compare the birth of the silver fox). The group of genes involved in carbohydrate metabolism has been mutated in dogs. This means that a dog can use carbohydrates better than a wolf, but it does not mean that it is a porridge eater. A wolf receives its daily supplement of lactic acid bacteria from the gut of a prey animal, and almost without exception these prey animals are herbivores. Where does the dog get it? Often, the dog tries to compensate for this deficiency by eating, for example, grass, bunny papayas and horse manure. The urban dog suffers from a wide variety of allergies. Dogs eat a lot of needless antibiotics and diet foods and often make the situation worse. In general, the level of knowledge about the intestines is at a poor level. Man knows the cosmos better than the intestines. About 20 percent of the 1,200 bacterial species of a healthy gut have been named and can be cultivated in the laboratory. The mission of the others is unknown. However, it is known that the flora of a healthy gut consists of the sum of bacteria in balance. Bacteria are able to transform their genes themselves. The wrong kind of food often feeds the wrong bacteria, causing the intestinal flora to become distorted. In the intestine, the same Darwinian laws apply as in the tusks, those who adapt, they succeed, and the rest suffer defeat. The good bacteria disappear. The consequence of this is that the intestinal mucosa is affected, the intestinal pile is affected and the cell spaces of the intestinal wall become loose. When the good bacteria are not breaking down nutrients, they enter the bloodstream from the leaky gut. In this case, they change their "surname", which is when they start to be called allergens. This causes Th2 inflammation of the immune system, a low-grade chronic inflammation that before long causes tissue damage in some organs; in the eyes, skin, lungs, pancreas, liver... The treatment that works is changing the diet and making the intestinal flora healthier. Antibiotics kill not only pathogenic bacteria but also good bacteria, but not yeast and mold. Three weeks after a course of antibiotics, the yeast usually rises to the surface. Carbohydrates turn into glucose in the body and this is what yeast lives on. When there are no carbohydrates, sugars are not formed and the yeast starves to death. Fermentation converts carbohydrate into lactic acid. This lowers the pH of the gut and uninvited microbes, being very pH sensitive, suffer. MHB-KARP's versatile spice mix kills yeast and mold. Spices are used for preservation, women's yeast removers are based on extracts of some spices. It is a known fact that spices, yeast and mold do not thrive together. The lactic acid bacteria contained in MHB-KARP take over the growth space, the intestinal flora is repaired, the intestinal mucosa is repaired, the cell spaces of the intestinal wall are strengthened, the intestine stops leaking, whereby chronic inflammation decreases and tissue damage is repaired. This is how MHB-KARP works. 2(2) The functioning of the immune system is based on healthy intestinal flora. Bacteria regulate the immune system. If the flora is not in order, the immune system overreacts to allergens and atopy occurs, similarly tartar is caused by a skewed intestinal flora, ear infections... Behind numerous diseases is a disorder of the immune response.

Rasilainen's garlic sauerkraut is an addition to prevention and KARP treatment. 36 different species of lactic acid bacteria participate in the production of sauerkraut. Many commercial lactic acid bacteria preparations pale in front of that spectrum. In addition, cabbage fibers have a property: toxins stick to them and leave the body. A good addition to food, as well as externally, is PvP vinegar. Slurp in food or to clean wounds, to clean yeasty paws or ears... There are countless uses, and best of all, both the owner and the animal can enjoy this. The lactic acid bacteria are in a so-called inactive state in the freezer. Just like they are on the side of the grass under the hange. Defrosting should take place at refrigerator temperature. Lactic acid bacteria can withstand very low pH. The pH of the stomach is 1-3 and they swim through it, grumbling to each other. But they are very heat sensitive. If the melting happens too quickly, they may die of heat shock and the food loses its meaning as living food. After thawing, the product is left unopened at room temperature, whereupon lactic acid bacteria fermentation takes place. A day is usually enough. Some prefer a longer fermentation time, up to 4 days. If there is any left over from the opened bottle, you should put it back in the fridge. The product turns gray very quickly, already in 2-3 hours. It is surface yeast that forms on it. Surface yeast is not toxic, but you should still put it in the fridge. Surface yeast "protects" the product from other microbes. Mhb fermentation produces carbon dioxide, which causes pressure in the intestine and makes it pink. You should approach the swamp from the side with a knife. No liquid should be added to the food portion. It is not good to let the dog drink ½ hour before or after eating. The stomach's pH 1-3 is neutralized by water with a pH of about 7.3-8, so much so that the cells have to produce more, more, more hydrochloric acid, and this results in belching and reflux. KARP-food can be fed to the dog for its entire life, or after the dog is rehabilitated, try its carbohydrate tolerance. KARP can also be fed as a preventive measure. Current experience shows that KARPp three times a week keeps the flora in good condition. If the schedule fits, the dog should be fed twice a day and always in order: run, trick, meal, rest. A run marks for the dog the search for prey, it does not go to admire the scenery. The trick marks a predation situation. You choose the trick; sit, on the ground, follow, to the place... And if you follow natural creatures, when they have a "wadder", their lids start to hang and they go upside down; man is the only animal that leaves lunchtime with a full stomach for work...
